Xcue is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to provide contextually aware reply suggestions for users on X (formerly Twitter). We prioritize technical transparency and user privacy in our development approach.
The Xcue Promise: We do not store your X credentials, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your thread history for AI training.
1. Data Collection & Usage
To generate accurate suggestions and manage user accounts, Xcue accesses the following information:
Account Information: We collect and store your email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth/Supabase to manage your account, sync preferences, and provide access across devices.
Thread Context: We process the text content of the active conversation thread in real-time to provide relevant, logical replies.
Visual Media: We utilize vision-capable models to analyze images within the thread to ground text responses and prevent hallucinations.
2. Our 2026 AI Infrastructure
Your data is transmitted securely via Supabase with full encryption in transit to our unified inference provider:
Unified Intelligence: Google Gemini 3 Flash
We utilize the Google Gemini 3 Flash architecture for both high-speed text reasoning and agentic vision capabilities. This unified stack ensures lower latency and consistent context handling.
3. Nature of Service: Human-in-the-Loop
Non-Automated Assistant: Xcue is strictly a writing assistant. It does not possess "bot" functionality.
No Autonomous Posting: Xcue cannot post, reply, or like on your behalf. All actions must be manually initiated by the user.
User Review Required: All AI suggestions are presented in a private sidepanel for user review and editing before publication.
4. Data Retention & Training
Ephemeral Processing: Thread context and media used for AI generation are processed ephemerally by Google Gemini and are not maintained after the generation session ends.
Account Data: Your email and settings are maintained in our secure Supabase database until you request account deletion.
No Model Training: Your private data is never used to train the base models for Google. We strictly adhere to the "No Training" data policies for enterprise API usage.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Deletion Requests: To initiate a deletion request, please email us from your registered account email at hello@stickysituations.shop.
Processing Time: Upon receipt of a request, we will permanently remove your email and account settings from our Supabase database within 7 business days.
